EXCEL IN MULTIPLE TRAINING STYLES:

This Hybrid Athlete Program will increase the ability and distance you run while building lean muscle mass through traditional body-building workouts.

ENHANCED ENDURANCE:

The program will take you from running 3 miles (4.8 km) to over 9.0 miles (14.5 km) comfortably over the 12-week period. It emphasizes building distance followed by a de-load week, giving your body time to recover before the next phase. The program offers slow and easy runs, high-intensity interval runs, and long-distance running.

INCREASED LEAN MUSCLE MASS:

Structured lifting program that focuses on a Push, Legs, Pull split throughout each week. The program emphasizes progressive overload to gain muscle while offering a de-load week to allow time to recover. Over the 12 weeks, you will complete various exercises and training styles to help target different areas of your body for optimal muscle growth.

MOBILITY:

Each week, there is a day dedicated to movement, injury prevention, and flexibility. These mobility days are a key aspect of the foundation of Hybrid Training. Your joints and ligaments will become more resistant during these exercises, and your body will thank you later.

HOME OR GYM:

The entire program can be completed at home with a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench. If you have access to a gym, you can complete each exercise with barbells, machines, or other equipment. The program offers instructions on alterations.

NUTRITION:

Full Grocery List, Sample Weekly Diet, and understanding of the aspects of eating for muscle gain, weight loss, or maintenance. The program includes my favorite recipes and a full Supplement breakdown with discount codes!
